Our client reached out to Simple Steps to provide flooring tiles for 1100 Millecento Condominium’s lobby. Providing a low maintenance tile for this high traffic area that would match the lobby’s red accent was paramount.

Engineered terrazzo surfaces are stain and scratch resistant.  They also come in a wide variety of colors and styles that can match a multitude of commercial designs.  We were able to source out a perfectly matched oversized red engineered terrazzo tiles which the Client immediately loved.
